1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Mac Direct, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

2. Product & dependencies

The iOS／iPadOS app is the Client. Full remote control requires the companion macOS Host on the same local network, granted Screen Recording／Accessibility permissions, and successful PIN／trust pairing. This is not a cloud account remote-control service.

3. License

We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for lawful use. You may not reverse engineer (except where mandatory law allows), bypass security, resell unauthorized remote-control services, or harm others’ systems.

4. Acceptable use

Control only Macs you own or are expressly authorized to control. Unauthorized access, surveillance, fraud, malware, or other unlawful use is prohibited. You are responsible for misuse.

5. Accounts & purchases

No mandatory account today. Future subscriptions／IAP will have additional terms and follow App Store rules.

6. Disclaimer

Provided “AS IS.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or compatibility with all apps／games／DRM.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us for the product for the dispute period (zero if free), except where prohibited.

8. Intellectual property

Names, marks, UI, and code are protected. No ownership is transferred by these Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using and delete the app. We may stop providing the product for material breach or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive.

10. Governing law

Governed by 中华人民共和国法律, without limiting non-waivable consumer rights.

下載、安裝或使用本產品即表示同意本條款；不同意請勿使用。

2. 產品與依賴

iOS／iPadOS 為控制端；完整遠控需同區域網 Mac 運行配套 Host，並授予螢幕錄製／輔助使用等權限。本產品不是公網雲端遠控帳號服務。

3. 授權

授予個人、非獨占、不可轉讓、可撤銷之合法使用許可。禁止未授權反向工程（法律強制允許除外）、繞過安全、轉售未授權遠控或侵害他人系統。

4. 可接受使用

僅可遠控你擁有或已獲明確授權的 Mac。禁止未授權存取、監視、詐欺、惡意軟體等違法用途。

5. 帳號與購買

目前無強制帳號。未來訂閱／內購另附條款並遵循 App Store 規則。

6. 免責

按「現況」提供；不保證不中斷、無錯誤或兼容所有 App／遊戲／DRM。

7. 責任限制

在法律允許範圍內排除間接損害；累計責任以爭議期間你就本產品支付金額為上限（免費則為零），法律禁止限制的除外。

8. 智慧財產

名稱、標誌、介面與程式碼受保護；本條款不轉讓所有權。

9. 終止

可隨時刪除 App；嚴重違約或法律要求時可停止提供。

10. 準據法

受 中华人民共和国法律 管轄，不影響不可放棄的消費者權利。
